# Inistate

> Inistate is an operational workflow platform for people, AI, and automation. It gives each job, case, request, lead, order, or approval one authoritative workflow built on State → Activity (Form) → State, so everyone knows where work stands, what can happen next, who needs to act, and what happened before.

Inistate is a workflow management platform for persistent operational work: work that moves through several states over days or weeks, and that people, AI agents, and automations all act on. People work in the Inistate web and mobile apps. AI agents connect over MCP, including through the Claude and ChatGPT connectors. Automations act through the n8n, Make, and Zapier integrations, or the REST API and webhooks. The automation tools keep executing; Inistate holds the workflow they act on: the current state, the activities that state permits, the information each activity requires, who may act, and the history of what happened.

Inistate is made by GNey Software and is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. It has a free plan.
