What is an AI credit, and how many do I need?
Credits are how GNey, your AI teammate, is metered. Every workspace starts with 1,000 credits, one-time, which is about enough for GNey to build one complete workflow with you. Ordinary day-to-day work — logging a job from a photo, chasing an approval, drafting a document — costs far less per turn than asking GNey to design or analyse something. Credits are shared by the whole workspace, never expire, and you top up with a pack whenever you want more.
Do the plans include a monthly AI allowance?
No, and that is deliberate. Plans buy the workflow platform and its capacity: users, records, storage and change history. AI is funded separately by credits, so you are never paying a monthly fee for AI you did not use, and a quiet month costs you nothing extra.
One seat for one identity that acts on your workflows: a person, an automation such as an n8n, Zapier or Make workflow, or an AI agent such as Claude or ChatGPT. Every plan includes one, the free plan too. Only a seat can connect Inistate to outside tools — MCP clients, n8n, Zapier, Make, personal access tokens, the API and webhooks. Everyone else on the plan is a user, with the full AI teammate. A person who holds a seat counts on top of the plan's users, so seats also let a team grow before it changes plan.
Do I need a seat for every app, or every automation run?
No. A seat belongs to an identity, not to an app or a run. A person with a seat can connect Claude, ChatGPT and n8n under that one seat, and an automation acting under its own identity needs one seat however often it runs. Built-in automations — notifications, reminders and module-to-module automations — run as the workspace itself and never take a seat.
How many extra seats can a plan take?
Free takes up to 5 extra seats, Essential and Team up to 10 each, and Business up to 25. Enterprise has no cap. Seats bill on the same monthly or annual cycle as your plan. They add actors, not capacity: records, file storage and change history come with the plan, so moving up a plan is how you get more of those.
Will you ever block us from creating records if we hit a plan limit?
No. If a workspace goes past the records included in its plan we will warn you and suggest the next tier, but we will never refuse to take in your work. Your operation does not stop because of a billing question.
Which currency will I pay in?
Choose Global, Malaysia or Singapore at the top of this page to see the price list that applies to you. Ringgit prices apply to billing addresses in Malaysia, with SST added at checkout; Singapore dollar prices apply to billing addresses in Singapore; everywhere else pays in US dollars. The currency is set when you first pay, and stays with that subscription.
Can we keep all our data on our own servers?
Yes, with On-Premise. Inistate is installed on servers you control, so records, files and change history stay on your premises. AI and connections to outside tools are optional, so nothing has to leave your network unless you decide it should. On-Premise is quoted per deployment; talk to us about sizing, installation and support.
I am already an Inistate customer. Does this change my bill?
No. Existing workspaces stay exactly as they are, billed by Inistate or your dealer as they are today. These plans apply to workspaces created from here on. If you would like to move onto a plan, talk to us and we will arrange it.
